classes to encourage students to layer their hidden talents. Students discover a new joy of expression with the use of lyrics, music, dramatics combined with their movement and formal dance training. This class teaches students to stretch their confidence in new areas of communicating and presenting.

To the Core is structured as a body conditioning class for dancers. Classes challenge students to work for stamina and build superfluous strength through their core muscles and upper body. This is all done while extending the use of legs and feet.

Jazz style of dance reinforces curriculum goals for our academy students. These classes offer students opportunity to enhance skills, promote self-esteem, self-efficacy, and maintain a positive self-image. Fast paced steps push students to stay focused, pick sequences up quickly while coordinating head, arms, legs with smooth transitions.
